About the Room:
The room is bright and large with plenty of space for a desk and has a built in wardrobe. Fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. Lots of light from the bay windows and it gets the afternoon sun. The move in date is flexible.
About the flat:
Newly renovated in February 2020 with a modern kitchen
Spacious living room/kitchen with all essential appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer
There is the ability to get a parking permit for the street outside easily, it is a lovely quiet street in a really nice area.
About the housemates:
You will be living with myself, Nicole (30), an Corporate Events Manager and with with Freddie (32), a Doctor.
We have a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the house. We enjoy hanging out together in the communal living room, watching TV, and having a drink, but we also respect each other’s space and are happy doing our own things.
