Looking for someone to share my two bed flat in Clapham South/Abbeville Village.
THE FLAT
The flat is a recently renovated Victorian loft flat (2nd floor) with lots of natural light. It has two bedrooms, a light and airy front room with a large flat screen TV, brand new sofas and a dining table with seating for six plus a separate dine-in kitchen. The whole flat has wifi enabled sonos speakers. There’s fibre broadband (350MB) and lots of plants.
The bedroom is a large double with lots of natural light. Furnished with a double bed and drawers with room for a desk and bespoke wardrobes.
At the back of the house there’s a small shared garden that is lovely in the summer and in the event of a global pandemic/national lockdown.
ABOUT YOU
I am very open about who the perfect flatmate could be – all ages, genders, nationalities absolutely welcome and LGBT friendly (if that needs saying). The most important thing to me is to live with someone considerate and respectful of others. It would be great to live with someone I get on well with and can hang out with but who also has their own circle of friendss.
Because I work from home in the front room a lot of the time, the room will suit someone who is mainly office based.
ABOUT ME
I work in the international charity sector and tend to be home a lot in the day working but often busy in the evenings with work stuff, seeing friends or the gym. When I’m at home I like to relax and unwind watching TV or listening to music and the radio. I like to cook and bake and will have pals over from time to time. I tend to travel for work around once a month for up to a week.
I’ve been here for ten years and absolutely love the flat and the area. If you are moving to the area, I’m very happy to introduce you to my favourite places in the neighbourhood.

The flat is in the heart of Abbeville Village – Abbeville Road and its independent shops and restaurants is just around the corner and Clapham Common is at the end of the road. It is a 5-7 minute walk to Clapham South tube station and 10 minutes to Clapham Common. Both Clapham High Street and Balham High Road are in walking distance.
