I’m relocating to Ireland and am looking for someone to rent my bright and spacious double bedroom in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment near Clapham Common and Clapham South. The room has high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and comes fully furnished.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with my wonderful friend, a 32-year-old female professional who works in fashion. She’s fun, outgoing, kind, respectful and tidy —an ideal housemate who’s easy to get along with!, and she's looking for the same in a housemate.

The location is excellent, just a 9-minute walk from Clapham Common and Clapham South stations, giving you quick access to the Northern Line and Central London in 20 minutes. We’re also close to the charming Abbeville Village and Clapham Old Town, which are known for their vibrant café scene, independent boutiques, and great bars.

Clapham Common park is just a few minutes away, perfect for a relaxing walk or some fresh air.
