The flat is located right on the 345 and 137 bus routes, with stops just outside that provide direct connections to Clapham Junction, Clapham Common station, and Oxford Circus/Sloane Square.

The nearest tube station is Clapham Common on the Northern line, and the nearest overground station is Clapham Junction with connections to Victoria. Clapham Common park is just a short walk away, perfect for runs and picnics in the summer. Clapham High Street with its many bars, restaurants, and shops is about 20 minutes away, as is the trendy Northcote Road area.

The room itself is a good size at 3.2m x 2m and comes furnished with a single bed, 2 chests of drawers, and a duvet and pillows. The flat has a large lounge with TV and comfortable sofa, as well as a kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, and more. There is also a small patio accessible from the living room.

We are looking for a professional, non-smoking female tenant to stay for at least 12 months, potentially longer. The current flatmates are two quiet, respectful girls who enjoy a peaceful, relaxing home environment. We are not interested in hosting parties or loud gatherings.
