Double in Clapham 4 bed house

Hello!

We have a double bedroom becoming available from the 1st of May in our 4 bedroom house share in Clapham (1 minute from the Common!). We're looking for an individual in their late 20s/early 30s.

A lovely house between Clapham Junction station & Clapham Common tube (a 10 minute walk from each) - featuring:
- 4 double bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- Large/spacious kitchen
- Living room
- Dining room
- Basement (no skeletons, promise)
- Garden (bike shed and pub garden lighting)
- Great housemates
- Henry the hoover

We have a fully-stocked kitchen, super fast broadband and a weekly cleaner who cleans all the communal areas. There's also on road parking if you'd like to become the house chauffeur.

The room: A double room in the middle of the house furnished with a comfy bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is currently no desk in the room however if you work from home it would be possible to fit one in and the chest of drawers can be removed for additional space.

The location: We're literally a minute away from Clapham Common, so enjoy spending time there, having picnics/beers in the summer and playing Frisbee. Park-runs are also a favourite if that’s your cup of tea. We're ideally situated for both Battersea and Clapham, a stone’s throw from many of best pubs in London!

The flatmates: current flatmates are Dan (29), Ailsa (31) and Tor (29). We're all young professionals working weekday jobs in/around the City.

The social: The living room is large, receives a lot of natural light, great for relaxing and entertaining guests alike. We all have our own lives, but all get along very well and often will catch up with each other when all at home at the same time. We will have friends over from time to time, but we are by no means a party house.

The rent: £940 + about £150 per month for bills (total £1090) - electricity and gas, council tax, Fibre, all household essentials incl. washing powder, toilet roll and our lovely cleaner! The bills are not fixed, so sometimes we might need to top up the house account over winter (especially with the crazy increase in gas prices), but that's a rare situation. The deposit is £940. There are no referencing or agency fees and our private landlord is brilliant.
