Couples bedroom in Clapham

Our current housemates are moving back to Aus so we are looking to find a new couple to move in.

House
3-bed ground floor furnished house with large storage space and garden in Clapham South.

Private landlord who has been great so far. Any problems usually get sorted by the landlord's Dad that pops over to fix things when we ask.

Rent:
£1400 (£700 per person) including all bills.

When:
16th September 2024 but flexibility to move in from the 12th August.

Housemates:

Adam (27) works for a social impact start-up. On weekdays I work Tuesday-Thursday in the office and chill in the evenings. On weekends I usually go bouldering, play tough rugby and out with friends.

Shaun (29) is a Talent Acquisition Partner. Who usually spends the weekdays working from home and chilling in the evenings or at the gym. On weekends likes to go out to socialise with friends or watch football.

We've both been in London for just over a year and would like to introduce our housemates to our friends and invite you to our social events.

Location: Kings Avenue, Clapham South
- Less than a minute's walk from Sainsbury’s and Anytime Fitness
- 2-minute walk from Tesco
- 10-minute walk to Tooting Common and Clapham Common

Transport

Bus stops directly outside (137, 417 355) that are 5-10mins to Clapham South station, 10-15 mins to Clapham Common station and 15min to Brixton station depending on traffic.

You can also walk to Clapham South Station in 15 mins. Most of these buses run every 4 mins or so.

You can apply for a resident car parking permit and park on the main road outside the house.

We are happy to have a Facetime with anyone that is interested in viewing the house and having a virtual tour then we will organise a few viewing days so you can come to meet us and see the house properly.
