The flat is part furnished (including white goods, washing machine) and my old housemate is looking to sell his bed. The bedroom is a really good size, can fit a king. Situated on a quiet residential road, close to shops, bars and cafes of Brixton and Clapham.
Minimum tenancy will be 6 months, moving to a rolling contract with 2 month notice period. The landlord will also carry out referencing checks prior to a tenant moving in.
About me - I’m 27 and work in finance. Enjoy the usual stuff, sport, gym, going out, staying in. Ideally looking for another young professional to move in.
