Affordable 2 bedroom flat in Clapham Common

Current flatmate is moving out end of July. Needing a new flatmate to move in beginning of August.

Ideally looking for a relaxed guy who’s a similar age to me. If you’re a big party person, this isn’t the flat for you. If you’re into football, gaming things like that we’ll get along nicely. Massively into sports and watching a bit of everything, someone who shares this passion would be sick. ( no spurs fans) 🤣.

Really nice room, not the largest but it’s really comfortable. Bed is already there, closet and drawers all already in the room.

We have a nice kitchen, with an induction stove. A good fridge, microwave, great cupboard storage space and an air fryer. Also have a washing machine, sadly no dishwasher though. Bathroom does what is says on the tin, nice spacious shower, bathroom cabinet and toilet. Then we have a big main room, which is open space, we have a sofa that double as a sofabed and various pieces of furniture. We also now have a 60” 4k tv.

*These current photos are out of date and just show the space. The room is the same but the living room is very different, all the tacky leds are gone, we have a nice sofa big tv and my desk is also in this room. Updates are to come.
