The room: double room with private access to the back garden. Two storage cupboards and drawer storage under bed. Furnished with a double bed. The room shares a bathroom with one other tenant. New carpet recently fitted

The apartment: spacious basement flat with two private outdoor spaces, including a quiet back garden with a barbecue. Hue lighting and Sonos throughout.

The deal: you will pay rent on a monthly basis at the agreed rate. Bills are included. The property is in band D in Lambeth council.

The occupants: I work in tech and go into the office most days. I enjoy fitness, outdoor activities and all things music (listening and playing). I live in the flat with my 18-month old cocker spaniel.

Ideal tenant: MUST LOVE DOGS! I’m looking for someone to live with my dog and I, and she rules the flat. I’ll consider either 7-day or 5-day p/w rentals. Open to someone who works from home or goes into an office some or all of the time. Ideally someone who enjoys the same things as me but this is not a requirement
