Friendly House near Clapham Common

Looking for one female housemate to share a house with two other housemates!

HOUSE AND ROOM

There is one double room available in a welcoming house in Clapham, just 10 minutes walking distance to the common and 15 minutes to Clapham Common station. The rooms are equipped with a double-sized bed and cupboards. The home is a three-story house with a cosy yet spacious living room as seen on pictures! It has a very big and fully equipped kitchen as well as two bathrooms. The room is amazing value for the area at £675 pcm (excluding bills which is approximately ~ £145 pcm) and you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

CURRENT FLATMATES

I’m Mi (29) and originally from Portugal but have been living in the UK for 8 years, very much submerged in the English culture and London life! I work in project management in the International Development sector. The other housemate is Sam (29) from New Zealand. She has been in London for nearly two years and she works in Digital Marketing. She loves the gym, fashion and long morning walks.

We all get along really well - we have a great vibe in the house and we would like to keep it this way, therefore we are looking for someone to live with and not just to share the rent with. We tend to be very busy with work during the week and we both work from home 2/3 times a week, rest of the time we are at the office.

The move in date is flexible between 21st and 28th of March 2026. *Please don’t message if you can’t make these dates as this is non negotiable*
