2 Rooms Available Clapham South £666pm

Hey everyone

Unfortunately my two lovely housemates are moving out end of July/early August to move abroad!

Looking for two new housemates to move in who will hopefully become friends and not only housemates. The rooms are both very spacious doubles. Room 1 is available 10th August and has all furniture included and Room 2 is available end of July (bed, desk and bedside tables not included but open to being sold) .

The rent is super cheap for the area at £666 a month - this doesn't include bills which are normally around £100-£150 a month.

The flat itself is the second floor of a house with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate loo and garden patio.

The flat sits directly opposite a bus stop which is super handy to get to Brixton, Clapham, Peckham and central London. You can also reach Clapham South or Balham tube in around 15 minutes walking. There's also a gym and Sainsburys local a few seconds walk away which is super handy!

I'm 30 years old and work as a marketing manager 2 days in the office in the city. I'm a very chilled and clean housemate looking for some likeminded females 25-35 to move in! Would be ideal to find someone who's also interested in fitness, brunches, nights out and movie nights in with a Deliveroo. I'm also a massive travel addict, so if you're keen for spontaneous trips abroad then even better :)
