Double Bedroom In 3 Bedroom Clapham Flat

Our housemate is moving out so we have a spare double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom Clapham apartment.

We don’t have an exact move in date yet but we expect it to be in the next month or so. Our tenancy agreement is until 6 April 2026. We are looking for someone long term who wants to stay for the remaining contract and maybe even longer if we are able to extend.

The flat is right on Wandsworth Common, and Clapham Common is just down the road so we are SURROUNDED by greenery.

The flat has lots of built in storage and 2 outdoor storage containers. Your room also includes lots of built in storage!

7 mins - Wandsworth Common
15 mins - Clapham South tube
20 mins - Balham tube
25 mins - Clapham Junction (319 bus also stops right outside the flat & will get you there in 10 mins)

Bills not included but come to around £100 per month. That's everything (gas, electricity, water, wifi, insurance, council tax)
