### About ME & Expectations ###
Myself (the landlord) and the current tenant (female professional) are looking for a tidy FEMALE professional to join us, respectful of each other's space and comfort (this is not a party house) and who can take care of the place as if it is your own home!

There will be 3 of us in the house total (the landlord + 2 tenants all female). This leaves a lot of space for all of us to enjoy our privacy, spend some time together when we want to and relax.

Both of us work in the City and are in the office 5 days a week. I am a foodie. I love binge watching TV shows, travel and reading. I also try to work out and go to the gym a few times per week - to balance the foodie part :-)

The house is located in SW9 which is a super convenient location:

5 minute walk to Brixton Tube Station
10 mins walk to Stockwell Tube Station
11 mins walk to Clapham North Tube Station
13 mins walk to Clapham High St Overground Station

Both across Clapham and Brixton there is an infinite amount of restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops to visit if you are a foodie like me :-)

This will suit a professional wanting a calm place and all the convenience of Brixton and Clapham High street as well as quick access to the City (Moorgate, Bank, London Bridge), Soho and Shoreditch areas. The area is situated right in the middle of green spaces and parks, therefore there is no shortage where to go for a stroll. There are also numerous gyms around suiting all budgets and fitness levels.
