I have a lovely double room available now.

What's on offer:

A good sized, furnished double room.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table with drawers, fitted wardrobe and under bed storage organisers. There is space to add a chest of drawers or desk etc. if you like.

The flat is split level, with a large open plan living room and dining space, as well as a modern style separate kitchen on the lower level. The kitchen is fitted with all the essentials; oven, washer, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer each.

The first floor has three bedrooms and a large newly fitted bathroom - complete with a stand alone bath and large walk in shower. The third room is currently used as a home office/extra storage - I wfh two days a week. But this will be a shared space and I am flexible with how it's used.

The flat is right by Wandsworth Road station (less than a two minute walk). It's around 15-20 minute walk to Clapham North or Nine Elms underground. With multiple major bus links on the main road.

I am looking for a flatmate that is laid back, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I like to cook and socialise, and catch up on the day but I also value personal space, and I want to have a nice home balance that we can both feel relaxed in.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, water, utilities, broadband, TV licence. .
