Description
**short term sublet- July 15th- Aug 25th**
Hello! I'm looking for a lovely person to sublet my room while I'm away at Edinburgh Fringe.
Our flat is light, bright and homely, but also small, so it's really important that I find the right person to fill this sublet- nothing worse than sharing space with people you're not comfortable with! So let me know a bit about YOU, and why this would be a good fit for you :)
You'll be living with my two wonderful housemates- Ana and Krissy. These legends are both expats (Argentinian and Bularian, respectively) but have lived in London for many years. They both also have corporate-y jobs and work in the city most of the week. Krissy has a wicked sense of humour once she warms up to you, and Ana is warm and generous (until the football is on lol).
My landlord is a friend of mine and lives just around the corner (he clearly loves the area!), so if you run into any issues (eg. lock yourself out) there will always be someone close by to help.
The flat has everything you need, including a washer/dryer, good internet connection, gas stove, oven and microwave and bath (if that's your thing in summer).
Transport: buses to Clapham Common and Brixton stop directly out the front, or its a 15-20min walk to either tube station.
Alternatively a 10min walk to Brixton Hill where buses will take you via Brixton station to London Bridge/Waterloo etc.
Sainsbury's local is just down the road, or bigger supermarkets are a 20min walk in any direction.
Nice residential area with friendly neighbours, and the bedroom is located at the back of the flat, away from the main road, so very quiet.
The rate for the room is £170 per week- bills includes- and I need someone in for a minimum of a month, but that might be flexible depending on interest, so hit me up and ask anyway. I will of course clear wardrobe/shelf space for you to properly unpack too.
Available storage: left wardrobe (one shelf and hanging rail), chest of draws and likely shelves next to wardrobe.
Love to hear from you!
Trelawny :)
