Large dining/kitchen with washing machine, separate large living room and back yard great for BBQs. The room available has a double bed, built in closet, large desk, bedside table with drawers and additional chest of drawers.

We're a tidy, social house and get along well but don't live in each other's pockets. We like to get on with our own stuff and occasionally cook a roast dinner together.

. 5-10min walk to Queenstown Rd (Waterloo / SouthWest), Battersea Park (Victoria / London Bridge) and Wandsworth Rd Overground
