A lovely room in a social 3-person flat in Clapham South. 5-10 min walk from Clapham South station on the Northern line and ~15-min walk to Clapham Common. Loads of natural light and a really chilled flat.

The bedroom is furnished with: a bed (with lots of storage under it), an office chair and a nice wardrobe. There is space for a desk.

Looking for someone friendly, social and who will keep the flat relatively tidy!

The flat is all on the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, dishwaser, washing machine, and even an espresso machine! All new appliances as the kitchen was recently redone.

The living room has a dining table that can be extended to seat 6+ people, lots of space and natural light, and a WFH desk set up.

We have a small back garden with seats and a BBQ that we use in summer as well as access to the larger communal garden which is lovely in the summer. When the weather turns nice we have plenty of outdoor seating chairs + a cushion for the pallet.

Rent is £917 per month + bills. All bills are shared equally between us and we all pay one each and add them to splitwise (~£80/month). There is the option to buy a parking permit from Lambeth Council (£32 per year).

The room is available in April - potentially flexible on timing!!
