Clapham North up to 2 months

Hi! I am leaving my wonderful flat to move to another part of the city and need to find a replacement for myself. The contract lasts till mid January next year, where you will have the option to extend for another year and so on.

As pictured, the room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The desk is mine but if my next place has one I can leave it here if you want it.

The room is the largest in a house of 4. The other flatmates are three lovely respectful guys who are not the rowdy party type, but would be up for going to the pub on a weekend. They take it in turns cooking a meal for everyone for 4 days of the week which you’d be welcome to take part in or equally welcome to do your own thing! All three are working professionals.

The house has a great sized lounge area with two large sofas and a coffee table with lots of room. Attached to the lounge is a good sized kitchen with plenty of space to prepare food, and on the other side is a relatively large garden area with a wall mount to lock a bike to if you have one.

The house is situated just a few minutes walk from Clapham North station and Clapham Highstreet Overground station so the transport links are perfect. It’s close enough to the highstreet to get the convenience of nearby shops, but far away enough to not hear any of the noise. Honestly the ideal location.
