Large En-Suite Double Room - Clapham / Brixton

Hey looking for someone to take my old room! Recently moved to Battersea and the couple who were in my room are moving out. I own the house, so you’ll be getting the best room for sure! It’s got plenty of storage and its own en-suite shower room.

The room has a tempur king size mattress with ottoman bed so plenty storage underneath. There are electric curtains so never need to get out of bed to open them! The room is at the front of the house but has secondary glazing to minimise any noise but it does mean no openable windows.

The house has a small study downstairs for WFH, a large kitchen living room and everyone has their own bathrooms (3 bed). There’s a small patio area which is great in summer and we have a bike storage unit down the road for one bike.

Couples are welcome, bills will be worked out depending on how many people are living there, but we currently have a cleaner in once a week which means they are around £100pp.

The others living there are an Aussie couple and and another Aussie guy!
