Hey! I'm Connor. I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over my flatmate's lease as he is moving out from 15th June. I have loved living with him and will be sad to see him go, and would be keen to find someone who is looking for a friendly flat share for the rest of the tenancy.
About the flat;
- The flat is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath property in Clapham, SW4
- The bedroom itself has plenty of storage space and comes fully furnished
- The available room has sole use of the master bathroom of the property, with a shower/bath
- Short walk to Clapham Common and Brixton stations, providing easy access to both Northern and Victoria lines
- Spacious living room and kitchen area with all appliances provided
- Fast (and cheap!) internet at £12 per month
- Space in the living room for a desk if you WFH
- Parking space available if you have a car
- Rent is £1,000 pcm, deposit is £1,215
- Bills not included
About me;
I'm 28, work in Consulting so a combination of WFH and office working. I'm clean/tidy and sociable but respectful of other people's space/time. Love board games, hiking, going out with friends and binge watching Netflix - so let me know any good show recommendations!
I would consider myself an easy-going flatmate, and really looking for someone similar; a flatmate who is happy to chat in the evening or weekend but equally happy to do our own things.
I would be happy to chat more/meet for a coffee with anyone interested in the flat; plus can arrange any viewings to see the flat in person.
