My partner and I are looking for a lodger to move into our lovely flat in Clapham Common in November.

The flat is a three bedroom, split level ex-council flat located a stones throw from the Common and 5 minute walk from Clapham Common tube stop (Zone 2, Northern Line).

On the first floor is our big and bright kitchen with a pantry. We also have a spacious living room, filled with plants and art. We even have our own balcony, which overlooks the cherry trees.

On the second floor there are the two bedrooms and a home office. The WC and shower room are separate.

The room available is a large double room with a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers provided.

We’re absolutely spoiled for food and coffee spots, being sandwiched between Abbeveille Village (10 mins walk) and Clapham Old Town (10 mins walk). We’re also a short from several supermarkets, green grocers and independent food shops - a big Sainsburys, Iceland, Waitrose and Whole Foods to name a few.

We’re both non-binary so we'd love to live with another LGBTQIA+ person. We’d also prefer to live with someone who doesn’t work from home.

Most importantly we would like to live with someone who is clean, tidy and up for a yap over a bottle of wine in the evenings.
