Tenancy Takeover In Clapham South

I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving back home unexpectedly ☹️. The flat is in Clapham South, a perfect location - 7 minute walk to Clapham South station, 10 minute walk to Clapham Common and about 15 minutes to Clapham high street.

The rooms are nice and spacious, with loads of natural light. Rooms are also furnished as per the pictures. You would be living with my lovely flatmate Lilah, who is 22 so looking for someone in a similar age range. She is an estate agent, so confirmation the flat is a good one!! She is looking for someone to be friends with but also have plenty of alone time if you would like! We have nice girly nights in and she makes a good brownie🤭, also enjoys a night out and we are so close to good places to go so makes it super easy☺️.
