Double room available in spacious flat in Clapham!

Hey guys - myself and Taylor are looking for a third flatmate to join our home! We're both sociable and have a homely and fun vibe to the flat. A typical weekday includes us watching TV and chilling in the living room - and the occasional wine night. We also do our own thing too, such as going to the gym and hanging out with friends. On weekends we’re outgoing and enjoy nights out and being out and about exploring London.

The flat is lovely and spacious with an open living room/kitchen and large balcony, perfect for summer! The location is great, a minute’s walk from Tesco and Sainsburys, and 10 minutes to either Clapham Common or Clapham Junction station. The room is a double bed, spacious and at the back of the flat by the balcony. It comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
