The Flat:
A generously sized double bedroom (15m2) (Room A in floorplan) with its own en-suite bathroom in a spacious flat. The room has a desk and loads of storage (cupboard, chest of drawers and ottoman bed storage). The flat has a light/spacious kitchen and a large separate living area, making for a great all-round living situation! There is also a large space for bikes in the entrance hall.

Located on the junction of Wandsworth Rd and Cedars Rd within a great area with transport links within walking distance, you can get into the city within 30 minutes and out of London (Clap. Junc.) while also being a very social area with loads of cafes, bars and other amenities. Spoilt for choice between Clapham Common (15 mins), Clapham Junction (15 mins) and Battersea Power Station (15 mins), a great option for endless activities.

Bills are £200 on top of the £1000pm and include a bi-weekly cleaner (The wonderful Maria), Broadband, Water, Council tax (Band D) and energy/gas bills.

About Current Flatmates:
Sam: (33) and is currently working as a manufacturing consultant (bits of travelling and generally in the office). Outside of work, I enjoy the basics (running, sending memes, and drinks with friends) alongside more eccentric activities, such as commenting on memes and kitesurfing.

Asher (35), works for the Met Police in an emergency response division (doesn't wfh), having recently moved up from Bournemeouth. Asher enjoys playing rugby and a few jogs at the weekend, along with going to see some live Australian music.

Kind of flatmates we are looking for:
Ideally looking for sociable, interesting people between 28-36 with their own stuff going on and are fairly respectful 😇, anything else is a bonus. Flexible on male/female, sexuality, work from home or in the office, etc.
