The Flat:
A generously sized double bedroom (15m2) (Room B in floorplan) with its own bathroom in a spacious flat. The room has a desk and loads of storage (cupboard, chest of draws and ottoman bed storage). The flat has a light/spacious kitchen and a large separate living area, making for a great all-round living situation! There is also a large space for bikes in the entrance hall.

Located on the junction of Wandsworth Rd and Cedars Rd within a great area with transport links within walking distance, you can get into the city within 30 minutes and out of London (Clap. Junc.) while also being a very social area with loads of cafes, bars and other amenities. Spoilt for choice between Clapham Common (15 mins), Clapham Junction (15 mins) and Battersea power station (15 mins), a great option for endless activities. Given it is above a road there is a little bit of noise, but the secondary glazing does a pretty good job of reducing any disturbance.

Bills are included in the £1300pm and include a bi-weekly cleaner (The wonderful Maria), Broadband, Water, Council tax (Band D) and energy/gas bills.

We are sadly saying goodbye to the lovely Martyna (30) as she is moving to South Africa at the start of October.

Sam: I am 32 and currently working as a manufacturing consultant. Outside of work, I enjoy the basics (running, sending memes, and drinks with friends) alongside more eccentric activities, such as commenting on memes, kitesurfing, and reading about production engineering.

Phillip (35), from South Africa and works for Ford. His passion cycling is so much that he has set up gravel cycling club, but if you blink twice, he might let you speak about something else. 😁

Kind of flatmates we are looking for:
Ideally looking for sociable, interesting people between 28-36 with that have their own stuff going on and are fairly respectful 😇, anything else is a bonus. Flexible on male/female, sexuality, work from home or in the office, etc.
