We are 3 sociable young professionals looking for a new housemate over the summer until our tenancy expires in September. The room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and desk and includes an en-suite with toilet and shower. The house is just off the common and has a spacious living room, kitchen/dining room and a small garden. 10-15 minutes walk from Clapham Common, Clapham South and Clapham Junction stations. Bills (incl. council tax) are approximately £130 per person per month.
