Our flat mate is sadly leaving to live with her boyfriend, so we are looking for someone to move into our flat.
About the house:
10 minute walk to Clapham North (Northern Line)
15 minute walk to Brixton

3 bed Ground Floor Flat with a private garden
I am going to be moving into my flat mates old room so it’s my room that we are filling.
The room is unfurnished, but there is an opportunity to buy some of the furniture in my room/from the flat mate who is moving out.
The room is small and cosy. But has plenty of storage (including a wardrobe closet just outside the room.) I wouldn’t recommend the space if you work from home often.
Bills are £125-£150 per month (includes elec, water, WiFi and Council tax)
6 months contract with 3 month break clause and possibility to renew
Just to note, the property has been on the market since Dec 2022. But for context we’ve had 4-5 viewings since I’ve been here (10 months.)

About the current flat mates:
Megan (25) and Shannon (29)
Both love keeping active, enjoy a run around the Common, coffee dates and making dinner plans. We live a pretty busy lifestyle so love having the flat as a place to chill after a long day. We both love adding homey touches to the flat, and always have a candle lit.
We have a lovely dynamic in the house and would love to find a girl who can add to this.
Our landlady has said no students, and needs to be someone in full time work. Also, someone 25 + and female.
