I'd like to present a bright double room with vaulted ceilings in this large three bedroom, 2 floored house with a private large garden situated just off King Avenue in Clarence Avenue SW4. The rent is just £700p/m!

I'm moving out of this lovely flat to go East. The room is the biggest in the house and comes with a desk, chest of draws, the bed and a massive built in wardrobe.

I will be moving out in Mid-May so I'm looking for someone to fill my room for the remainder of the tenancy agreement. This runs until September 2024, with an option to extend the contact further at the same price - a great deal. Remaining in the house are my two mates, one working in construction and the other is an architecture student! They're both respectful and social housemates, so are looking for a friendly flatmate who will fit in well with the current flat dynamic.

The flat is well maintained with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The landlord is very quick to respond to issues. We also have a separate bike area to store bikes in. Drop us a message if you're interested and we can arrange a viewing!

Transport links are excellent as only a few minutes walking distance from the ever so popular Clapham High Street, Clapham Common Park, and Clapham Common Tube Station. From here the Northern Line runs right into the heart of London and is one of the few Night Tube lines. In the other direction, it's only 20 minutes walking to the centre of Brixton. This is the beginning of the Victoria line, which will guarantee you a seat and great links to central and North London (Islington, Shoreditch etc.). Clapham Junction National Rail Station. is also a direct 20 minute bus away.
