Double room in Clapham Common

Hi all! We are looking for one housemate to take over our previous housemates lease from 18 May till 2 December, with an option to extend the lease on a yearly basis.

This is a double room, sharing a bathroom with one other person. The room is in a massive house in Clapham common, including a living room, dining room, kitchen and garden. We’re a 15 minute walk to Clapham common tube station, or a 10 minute walk to the Clapham junction overground. The busses nearby are also very well connected.

All current housemates get along really well. We enjoy watching movies together, going out for dinner and drinks, cooking together etc.
