We are currently looking for a female professional to share this cosy two bed house annex with one other female professional.
The available bedroom is a good size double, airy and bright with a fitted-in wardrobe and french doors facing a large back garden. The room comes already furnished or it can be let unfurnished if preferred. The room is part of a purposed built ground floor annex on the side of our semidetached house. Please note that it has its own private entrance and therefore is independent. There are 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen with a small sitting/dinning area and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are skylights throughout which give the place plenty of natural light. The annex is ideal for someone who would like to share with only one other person.

The property is very well located in terms of transport and local amenities. Several bus routes (45, 50, 57, 137, 355 and 417) are only a few mins away and Clapham South underground station on the Northern line is approx. 8mins walk. Streatham Hill and Clapham High Street overground stations are 10mins away by bus. Clapham High St is very popular and busy with restaurants, bars, cinema, gym, etc.

To the front of the house there's a very wide pavement and a walled driveway positioning the house quite far from the road. There's also a rear garden.
