Double room

Hi everyone, my name is Liliana and I am an Italian based in London from many years.

I am looking for a flatmate/s to share the flat with, possibly someone clean, tidy, sociable, friendly, respectful.

The flat is located between Clapham Common, and Brixton. Just 5 stops by bus (137/417/355) from stop L Clarence avenue. If not rushing on a sunny day I love to walk down to the main tube stations.
The flat is a very warm, welcoming and friendly place to live in. A place you can call home.

It is surrounded by 2 huge communal gardens, (the main one is like ours. We can easily access it from the living room). We also have our own little private garden, and in summer we love to organise bbq and invite our friends around. The living room also has a sofa bed where our friends and family can stay for a sleep over.

The room is very bright with a view to the garden and has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, a small chest of drawers and some shelves. Also around the house, and outside there is plenty of storages (a massive shoe rack, a shed in the garden, a garage, and other storages here and there).
