Double room

Hi everyone,

My name is Liliana. I'm Italian and have been living in London for many years.

I'm currently looking for a female lodger/flatmate to share my home — ideally someone clean, tidy, sociable, respectful, and preferably vegetarian.

The flat is located between Clapham Common and Brixton, just 5 bus stops away from the nearest tube (buses 137, 417, 355 from stop L - Clarence Avenue). On sunny days, I often enjoy walking to the main stations myself.

The flat is a warm, welcoming, and friendly space — more than just a place to stay, it's a place you can feel at home.

It’s surrounded by two large communal gardens (one of which we can directly access from the living room and feels like our own), plus we have a private garden where we often host BBQs in the summer with friends. There's also a sofa bed in the living room for when friends or family come to visit.

The room available is bright and overlooks the garden. It comes furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a small chest of drawers, and shelving. There’s also plenty of additional storage throughout the flat — including a large shoe rack, garden shed, garage, and other tucked-away spaces.
