X2 rooms available end of May, Clapham South

Two of our housemates are moving out on 25 May so we will have two rooms available in our lovely 5 bed house! This house is an ideal location - Clapham South and Clapham junction both within 10/15 minute walk away. It’s a 2 min walk to the common too.

Looking for clean and social flatmates to join our house. Flatmates are a group of lovely girls, who love nothing more than a wine together:
Beth: 26, events manager for an architecture firm
Alicia: 27, psychologist and therapist
Katie: 27, from Canada, works in Tech and is hybrid WFH/in-office

- Loads of communal space in this house to host and chill out in the evenings together
- We have a separate dining room to work from and a desk in the living room so plenty of space to wfh
- Garden with furniture which gets sun all afternoon
- LGBTQIA+ friendly

Both rooms easily fit a double bed, drawers and a wardrobe/rail and we also have a clothing rail on the top floor for extra storage. We’ve loads of storage throughout the house as well.

Important info:
1. Our rent will be increasing from 19 July by £169 each, meaning the rooms will cost £1,044 pm each from then onwards.
2. This house is on a rolling contract basis so you can move out whenever you like as long as you find someone to replace you and the other flatmates approve.
3. Zero deposit !
4. When moving in you will pay the outgoing girls ~£200 for all the furniture which we’ve bought over the years. You’d be reimbursed for this when you move out and roll it over to the next room tenant.
5. Bills are normally ~£100pm.
