I have 2 double bedrooms available in a spacious 3 bedroom house with a lovely garden in Clapham Old Town. The house is in an amazing location, situated opposite Virgin active Gym, near to The Tim Bobbin pub approx a 7 min walk from Clapham Common Tube Station & the common.

Bills are max £100 PCM each, which includes a bi-weekly cleaner and virgin media fibre. Council Tax Band D.

Bedroom 1: Ground floor bedroom, comes furnished with double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. There is a separate toilet downstairs. Available from 7th July.

Bedroom 2: On the first floor, comes furnished with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bookcase. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 1 room only & the main bathroom has a bath & shower. Available from 23rd June. (Earlier move in date might be possible)

Upstairs there is a snug room with a 60 inch TV, this also doubles up as a spare bedroom for guests as it is a sofa bed.

The house is spacious, there is lots of extra storage space with under stair storage and a separate cleaning pantry. Affordable resident parking is available if you buy a permit (about £130 a year).

The house comes fully furnished with all amenities. There is also outdoor furniture & bbq for lots of summer BBQs!

I am 27, own an interior design business, so my schedule is super varied. It is important I live with girls that care about where they live and who are very CLEAN & TIDY. We won’t get along if you let the bins over flow on your bin week!

Looking for 2 easy going girls, to share my space with and it would be a bonus if we had similar interests, good food, nice walks, live music and dogs!
