Looking for a professional female flatmate to join me in a garden flat in Clapham 5 minutes from the clapham south tube station.
IMPORTANT: There’s a rescue dog in the flat, so must be someone who is kind and who grew up with dogs and understands anxious dog’s behavior.
The room has:
- a John Lewis single bed and a mattress, but a divan double can also fit in.
- small built in desk
- ikea desk chair
- shelves
- small private patio
The house: ground floor, shared living room, large kitchen with skylight windows, garden, one bathroom.
About me:
I work in consulting, I work from home full time atm but happy to go to the office 1/2 days a week if you can stay with my dog. I enjoy horse riding, gym, pilates, running, pubs, skiing, and theatre.
Contract: until first week of Jan.
Bills: Council tax, internet, and water bills are £100. Gas and electricity are roughly between 20- 120 in the winter. Cleaning £20.
