Move in next week! Double Room off Northcote Road

Hello future housemate!

We have a double room available in this beautiful 3 bedroom flat becoming available from next week, as unfortunately we’ve had someone pull out last minute 😩

Location: Flat is located off the wonderful Northcote Road in Clapham Junction, which has many shops, restaurants, bars etc and only a 10-12 minute walk to Clapham Junction train station, 20 min walk to Clapham South (Northern Line), or there are multiple bus options in the area too that can get you to Clapham Common, Waterloo, Charing Cross in 40 minutes!

Flat: this is a 3 bed flat, sharing with 2 other girls. Each room is on a different level which makes it great for that extra wee bit of privacy when needed. It has a shared living room (with Sky tv!) and a large kitchen with dining area.

Current housemates work full time, with a mixture of hybrid working. Everyone is really friendly and loves a chat but also it’s the sort of flat where people can do their own thing too 😊 looking for someone that is chill, tidy and respects others space but also is happy for a glass of wine every now and then or a movie night.

Super fast internet which is great for if you WFH too.

The room comes furnished with a double bed (with under bed storage), large shelving unit, cubbords, and a double wardrobe. You will also have your own toilet next to the room and share the shower with only one other!
It is a quiet street and I’ve never been woken up in the night.

Looking for someone who can ideally move in from next Thursday 23rd May, but can also wait for the right person to move in no later than 1st June too. There will be a new contract and rent will be due on 3rd of each month, we rent through a private landlord too.

Bills come to £155 a month, plus £32 for a cleaner who comes fortnightly and does a fab job!
Deposit is £787
