There is a large double room available in a large house in Clapham North.

The house has amazing transport links;

- 3 minute walk to well connected bus stops
- 5 minute walk to Clapham High St Overground
- 12 minute walk to Stockwell Station (Victoria Line)

The local area is vibrant with great night life and lots of people around. It is a:
- 3 minute walk to Clapham High Street
- 10 minute walk to Clapham Common
- 15 minute walk to Brixton

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk, built in wardrobe and shelving. There is plenty of space for u served storage. The house is also well connected to multiple supermarkets.

You’d be living with myself and 3 other Aussies who are all working professionals who are all in their mid 20’s.

Bills are around £100 which includes water, gas and electricity, wifi and council tax.

The move in date is around mid July.
