We are Rony and Ali and we´re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for professionals to join us in our spacious 4-bedroom house, with a lovely garden. The house is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from Clapham South station and short distance from bus stops. You will find Abbeville Road and Clapham High Street nearby, with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, shops and clubs. Our house featured a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, connected to a spacious livingroom and dining area. Additionally, there is one separate toilet, one bathroom and a big garden.
The room comes with a specious three door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed with a comfortable matt.

The available room can be yours for 800 per month. excluding bills. Typically the bills amount to approximately 150 per month, covering energy, council tax, internet, a weekly cleaner and cleaning products. All tenants will have access to view the bills for transparency. This it to keep the house at a hotel standard cleaning.

We are seeking a housemate who is clean, responsible, sociable, and values a homely atmosphere. Ideally working at least 3-4 days form an office. It is not just about having an occupied room, but creating a warm and friendly environment. We love exploring the local attractions in Clapham together and enjoy spending time in the living room, while also respecting each other´s privacy. The room will be available from the 15th of July, although there might be a chance to move the date forward if you need. We are accepting viewings in person only.
