I am seeking to let out my room in a 3 bed ground floor flat in the Clapham Park area. I live with two females and am moving out to live with my partner.
The room is spacious, en-suite and has access to the shared garden at the back of the building. The flat is well equipped with a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for hosting friends or guests. The room will come with a desk should you need it and a fully-fitted wardrobe with ample space for storing belongings. Layout is also well-suited for a working from home setup.
Transport links: 20mins to Brixton walking / 15mins to Clapham common. We are close to a bus stop which is served by the 355 (Brixton) and 137/417 (both passing Clapham common). Abbeville village is a short 10mins walk away.
The room is available immediately and is available until the end of the tenancy on the 1st September. There is also an option to renew should you like. References are required.
Cleaner visits weekly and is employed by the landlord so makes up part of the 1300. Other bills are not included in the rent and are around 130pcm.
We are all working professionals and do like to socialise but equally have our own lives with different friendship groups, so would be looking for someone who fits this mould.
