Double room in friendly Clapham South house

We have a lovely double room available in a modern share house in Clapham South, less than five minutes from the tube station. The room has a double bed, original wooden floors, built in fireplace and a view over the garden and is chargeable at £876pcm, available from 1st September 2024.

The house itself comes fully furnished across the bedroom, large living room, study area, newly renovated kitchen and two bathrooms. There’s plenty of space to wfh if needed and there’s also a spacious garden out back (which is perfect for summertime).

Clapham South tube station is five minutes away, Balham is ten minutes away and we’re surrounded by loads of shops, restaurants and of course our fave local, the Avalon.

There are currently five girls (28 to 30 years old) in the house, one of whom is sadly moving out at the end of August.

We’re all sociable, pub going, active girls who get on really well. We really like spending time together in and out of the house, but equally have our own friendship circles - we’re always keen to meet new people/host bbqs and dinner parties, so we’re looking for someone who will fit straight into the house and the group!

Bills are equally split between the five of us.
