2x rooms available in Clapham next weekend

Two of our housemates are moving out on 22nd of June so we will have two rooms available in our lovely 5 bed house!

This house is an ideal location - Clapham South and Clapham junction both within 10/15 minute walk away. It's a 2 min walk to the common too.

Looking for clean and social flatmates to join our house. Flatmates are a group of lovely girls, who love nothing more than a wine together:
Beth: 27, events manager for an architecture firm (in office 5 days/week)
Kat: 29, Marketing and Personal Trainer (mix of wfh and in office)
Becca: 25, Tech Sales (mix of wfh and in office)

- Loads of communal space in this house to host and chill out in the evenings together
- We have a separate dining room to work from and a desk in the living room so plenty of space to
- Garden with furniture which gets sun all atternoon
- LGBTQIA+ friendly

Both rooms easily fit a double bed, drawers and a wardrobe/rail and we also have a clothing rail on the top floor for extra storage. We've loads of storage throughout the house as well.

Important info:
1. Rent is £1,005 pm for either room
1. This house is on a rolling contract basis so you can move out whenever you like as long as you find someone to replace you and the other flatmates approve.
2. Zero deposit!
3. When moving in you will pay the outgoing girls ~£200 for all the furniture which we've bought over the years. You'd be reimbursed for this when you move out and roll it over to the next room tenant.
4. Comes furnished - costs to be clarified for purchasing furniture.
5. Bills are normally ~£100pm.
6. Move in date will be Sunday 23rd June
