- Laundry: There isn't a washing machine in the flat, but there is a massive washer and dryer located on every floor. There is a fee of £6.50 for the washing machine and the dryer is free to use.
- Wifi: Works out for me at £30 a month.
- Council Tax B: With the single person discount it's £109 a month
