Double room near Abbeville Road

Looking for someone to move into my room in our 2 bed home off Abbeville Road, sharing with my housemate Emily.

After 4 years of living together, I am now sadly leaving Emily to move in with my boyfriend.

We are looking to find someone who will treat the flat like a home and is up for nice evenings in but also likes to get out and about.
We’ve enjoyed holding lots of games nights and hosting friends and family so Emily would love to find someone that would be up for joining in.

About Emily:
27 year old Brit working in data, in the office on average 2 days a week.
She’s super friendly and easy going, loves cosy evenings with a good series or film, baking, comedy nights, art, park days, pubs and takeaways!

The location is absolutely perfect, a 10 second walk to Abbeville Road with genuinely everything you could ever need (see below), 5 minute walk to Clapham Common, and under 10 minute walk to Clapham South Station.

It’s a quiet street and the neighbours are all very respectful and friendly, always someone to take a parcel for you. We get on well with the 3 guys that live upstairs and try to get together for dinner or drinks when we can.

A really sweet flat, including a sunny and very quiet courtyard with lots of flowers, tomato plants, and a lemon tree 🍋🌸🍅

The bedroom itself is a really nice size, and has fantastic storage with 2 built in wardrobes and cupboards above.
The room did come unfurnished but I’m very happy to sell on any/all furniture.
Window is NE facing and looks out to the courtyard. The bedroom gets good privacy.
