Hello!
Our flatmate is moving out at the end of July and there is a room available from the 1st August
The room available is next to mine on the top floor (2 story house).
On the 1st floor we have 2 more flatmates, (M) works in Finance, (F) is a Paralegal, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom + a second bathroom with only a toilet.
On the ground floor we have the landlord who lives in and has the entire floor for himself, we just share the main entrance given the house is not separated.
It is a very chill and tidy environment, we are all open minded people, who conduct a quite healthy lifestyle and who get along like a family despite barely meet each others given different working schedule. The trust is there!
The landlord is a very cool and at the same time private person who rarely engages with us other than general house affairs which I am the one who deals with it as I have been living there since I have moved to London in 2017.
We are looking for another young female professional, who is tidy, trustworthy and with a great personality, possibly not a party animal but at the same time somebody who knows how to enjoy life, so that we can have a balance of 2 Male + 2 Female in total.
