En-suite Available in Clapham in friendly flat

Hi everyone!!
My flatmate is moving out to go and travel Australia and I am excited for her, but also sad that she is moving away. I am looking for someone to move in starting from September 2nd. Rent is £1050 a month and about £110 for bills.
It’s a 2 bed flat with 2 and a half baths and a patio. You would have a double room and your own en-suite! Located right next to Clapham Common Park and a 15 minute walk to Clapham Common and Clapham Junction stations.

A bit about me: I am a software engineer and I do a mix of working from the flat and from the office, and moved to London right after graduation in August 2022.

I am 23, and would prefer another young professional around the same age to move in. Me and my current flatmate are good friends and enjoy hosting friends, movie nights, and going to the market together so it would be nice if I could find someone who is looking for that too
