Double room in Clapham

Hi all!
I'm looking for someone to take over the second room in this spacious 2 bed flat in Clapham as my current flatmate is moving for work.

The flat is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and cellar for storage. There is also a private garden with furniture.

The flat is really well connected with a 2 minute walk to Wandsworth Road station, a 10 minute walk to Clapham North, and a 10 minute bus to Nine Elms.

Clapham High Street and Old Town are both within walking distance so you'll have easy access to lots of bars and restaurants.

I've been living here for over 4 years and it's been a great experience. There have been no problems with the flat and any minor inconveniences are handled promptly by the landladies.

I'll be starting my masters at UCL in September but with whatever free time I have I enjoy exercising, playing video games, and going to the pub for a pint or two.
