Hey!
Our lovely flatmate will soon be moving out so we (28F and 30F) are looking for someone to take over the room from 29th July.
The flat:
First and second floor flat in a lovely part of Clapham, 15 mins from both Clapham Junction and Clapham South so lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby, plus easy to commute to various parts of London! Spacious shared living room and separate kitchen. Bills are not included in the rent and can range anywhere between £80 to £120 per month each (as with all bills, subject to change). This includes water, energy, wifi and council tax (Wandsworth Council Tax Band E).
We have a private landlord.
The room:
The room is on the second floor; it comes with the double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers shown in the photo (mirror and chair belong to our current housemate.)
Shared bathroom with one other person.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a professional, preferably female and around a similar age to us (but open to anyone we think would be a good fit). We’re a social flat and like to do things together but have our own social lives too and respect each other’s space. We also like to keep the place clean!
