We are looking for someone to take over a room in our flat from 24 August. We are looking for a boy or a girl to move in with Georgia and I! It will involve changing the name on the tenancy contract also so need to confirm in the next 2 weeks 🤍

£870 month and about £100 for bills
Deposit is £1678 (1 month’s rent upfront plus 808 holding deposit)

Location📍
It’s located between Clapham/Battersea. Closest stations are power station (15 min walk), Clapham Common (15 min walk) Clapham junction (20 min walk) and there is a bus stop directly outside the flat.

Wandsworth council tax band too so the cheaper one!

About us ✨
We are a flat that enjoys going out to bars, pubs, meeting new people but also enjoy cute nights in cooking/movies. We are clean and respectful of other people’s spaces (lived in share houses before) so are looking for somebody who is the same! We work a mixture of at home and in the office. We have friends in London but would also be lovely to integrate/become friends not just house mates. We definitely do not take ourselves too seriously!
