Due to changes in our job situation, my partner and I will be moving back to Germany this September. This is why we are looking for new tenants to give it some love.

The flat is in excellent condition and just a two-minute walk from the Old Town Centre, with its charming pubs, cafés, and local shops. It's also a seven-minute walk from Clapham Common Station, offering convenient access to public transport.

The flat comes furnished with a sofa, wardrobes, a dishwasher, washing machine, and potentially a bed frame, mattress, desk, and more.

We are ideally looking for someone to move in at the end of August/beginning of September.

The landlord is incredibly kind and prompt with assistance whenever needed.
