I’m looking for a flatmate to move into a 2 bedroom flat as my current flatmate is moving out!

LOCATION 📍
5 min walk to Clapham Common Tube Station.
THE FLAT🏠
The flat is in on the 2nd floor of a modern block of flats just off of Clapham Park Road (usually quite busy so walking from from the tube is v safe!). There is a spacious, well-lit living room and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small garden and private parking if you have a car.
THE ROOM🛏️
The room is furnished - it comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is an en-suite bathroom!
Room is £1200 excluding bills
Comes out 21st of every month
Bills come up to ~£100 a month
We haven’t paid a deposit but pay £30 each monthly for a no deposit option. If you prefer a deposit we can change this with the landlord.
ABOUT ME/YOU 💫
You’ll be living just with me! I’m 25 and doing a biomedical PhD + work at an investment fund - have some periods when I work from home mostly as I’m writing/coding and some periods when I go into the office every day. I’m away quite a lot for personal and work trips so also looking for someone who enjoys some alone time 🙂 I love reformer pilates, exploring London, hosting the occasional dinner party and spending my salary at overpriced small plates restaurants. Looking for a flatmate around my age who’s easygoing, sociable, clean and up for making the flat feel homely! Also ideally someone who works from the office for at least part of the time/ travels a lot!
