Gorgeous room in Clapham Common 🏡

Hey girls! 🤍🏡

Unfortunately I’m moving out of my room after 3 years to move in with my best mate so there’s a room going in our gorgeous house, a 10 second walk from Clapham Common!

THE ROOM:
Newly renovated rooms on the 1st of the property, sharing a bathroom only one other. Huge room with bay windows and super bright. I’m taking the bed and a few other bits but the wardrobe and chest of drawers are for sale as the room came unfurnished.

THE HOUSE:
Downstairs is one spacious open plan room - one side kitchen dining, other side living room.
The kitchen has a double oven gas hob which is the BEST when all four of us want to make dinner at the same time, we also share a full length double fridge freezer which is amazing as its great not to have to fight for space in either! Theres a washer/dryer/dishwasher/ and most importantly the air fryer 😂, plus an understairs cupboard for storage.

There's lots of space for dining and living and double doors into our garden. We’re straight out here when the weathers nice, its the perfect sun trap and we get sun all day pretty much.

The middle floor also has what we call a Dobby room - which is the perfect size for extra storage space.

The road has lovely neighbours, lots of families and we have always felt really safe here.

Rent £1200 a month + bills (£1285.50 total)

THE AREA:
The house is a 10 seconds walk from Clapham Common, basically on our doorstep.

Clapham Common tube is 12 mins, Clapham junction overground is 20 mins, Battersea Park is 20 mins walking. There's a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you to Sloane Square or Brixton in 15 mins either way. Getting to central London takes about 35 mins door to door.

We all love being so near both parks but tucked away a little from the craziness of Clapham high street. There's so much within walking distance - 4/5 big supermarkets, 1000s brunch spots, gyms, train stations, cafes - its so handy to be able to walk everywhere

THE GIRLS:
Current flatmates- Me (Georgia 31), Emma 27, Hannah and Jessica all work in London and met through SpareRoom, we’ve lived in the house for a while and have become really good friends.

We’d love the new girl to join the house ready for a fun summer of BBQ’s, beer gardens, weekend brunch and chilling on the common, as well as having nights in with Netflix and a glass of wine.

We also have our own lives/ friendship groups in London so there’s a great balance.
