Whole flat for rent (please read description )

Hello there
I have a a beautiful 2 bedrooom house in Clapham (6/7 minutes walk from the station). House is over 2 floors, has a beautiful garden and has 2 bedrooms.
I have a 3 years old son and we live abroad and I only come back 2-3 times per year for 3/4 days at the time so you’d rent a room but have the whole flat to yourself most of the time.
Initially we would like to start with a 9/10 months contract to see wether you like being here and wether everything works well.
We have a huge kitchen, separate living room, bedroom upstairs (currently the kid room but it’ll look very different in a few days ) and a bedroom downstairs, one bathroom and a beautiful garden.
Come and see it and you’ll fall in love.
Rent around this area for a 2 beds is £2500 but seen that I need to come back every now and then for work. (Have my own business ) the price is £1750 per month
Bills will be be split and you can use both rooms if you have guests over.
It would suit a single person who is a professional and willing to make a home not a crash pad or party pad 😂
